Established in 2011 By the Community of the Hill District of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to support various development and growth opportunities for the Hill District community. This fund was established as a Distribution Fund with an initial contribution from The Rivers Casino.

Established in 2003 by William C. Allen, Jeffrey S. Gray, Donna M. Westbrooks-Martin, and Evan Templeton. The income from this fund is to be used to develop, promote and maintain the Point Breeze Community in a way that enhances its resident's quality of life.
