THE PRE-K SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PERIOD FOR 2023 IS NOW closed.
Our Pre-K Scholarship program is funded from the POISE Pre-K Education Scholarship Fund. This fund is supported through donations from corporations that are approved through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. This fund is based on certain income guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a Pre-K scholarship you have to meet the following criteria:
Attend an approved Pre-K program as determined by the State of Pennsylvania and POISE Foundation (contact POISE to determine if your program is approved) which is located in Allegheny County.
Family income cannot exceed $105,183 plus $18,514 for each dependent member of the household.
Must have unpaid expenses at time of application. POISE will not reimburse a family who has already paid tuition for the school year.
